Here’s everything you need to know before booking your session — from deposits and reschedules to how and when you’ll receive your final content.

  • Yes, a 50% deposit is required to officially lock in your session date. This deposit goes toward your total and reserves your time on my calendar. The remaining balance is due on or before your shoot day.

  • For outdoor sessions, I always keep an eye on the forecast. If weather conditions aren’t ideal, we’ll reschedule for the next available date that works for both of us — no extra fees.

  • Once your session is booked, I’ll send a quick prep guide with styling tips, location suggestions, and what to expect on shoot day. My goal is to make the process simple and help you feel confident in front of the camera.

  • Absolutely. I’m based in Texas but available to travel for projects of any size. Travel fees depend on distance and location — reach out with details, and I’ll include everything in your quote.

  • Of course! Whether it’s a friend, teammate, or creative collaborator, you’re welcome to bring someone along for support — just make sure it doesn’t distract from the flow of the shoot.

  • I don’t deliver raw or unedited files. Every image and video you receive is professionally edited and color-graded to match my style and ensure the highest quality possible.

  • All final photos and videos are delivered digitally through a private online gallery or download link, ready to view, share, and save.

  • Yes, I keep a backup of all delivered projects for a limited time. However, I always recommend downloading and safely storing your files as soon as you receive them.
